PLEASE NOTE: MiND-AID is not an emergency crisis intervention service.

If immediate support is needed,  please call one of

Muskoka's Mental Health Crisis Lines (click here for contact info), or call 911.

MiND-AID is a needs-based, client-centered, cost-free local service, providing navigation assistance and support to young persons, who are looking for help on their journey to mental wellness. MiND-AID is a registered Charity and as such is funded by donations, grants and funding from several sources. We launched in the fall of 2020 thanks in part to Government of Canada's Emergency Community Support Fund, through the Muskoka Community Foundation and the United Way Simcoe Muskoka, and because of the support of Muskoka Victim Services.

Watch a video about what we do here.

Young people face several barriers when trying to access the help they need. Many only get care through a hospital E.R. once they reach a crisis point. Tragically, some young people never access the supports they require.

MiND-AID will serve residents of Muskoka, who are under 30 years of age.  Parents and guardians will be served in getting help for children under their care as well.  You do not need a referral to contact MiND-AID or a diagnosis, you only need a desire to feel better.

Send us an email or give us a call at 844.646.MINDAID (3243).  We will get back to you within three business days.
